On January 19, OFCCP issued “Certificates of Merit” to 10 contractors who passed their Sec. 503 Focused Review without violations. Certificates of Merits are granted to federal contractors who have:

• Achieved the 7% disability utilization goal in 50% or more of their AAP job groups, or for the workforce as a whole if the contractor had the option to measure the representation of individuals with disabilities in its entire workforce…
