We provide Day Support Services for adults with disabilities who are interested in opportunities to actively engage with others in their community. Most individuals begin Day Support Services at the age of 22, when they graduate from high school. We accept participants who are 18 and older.

Based on eligibility, availability of funds, and levels of support needed, Day Support Services are funded primarily through Medicaid Waiver and the Community Service Board. If you are unable to secure Medicaid funding, Didlake also offers a private pay option.

Medicaid Waiver Funding

There is usually a long waiting list for this funding. It is important to contact your local Community Services Board (CSB) several years before you plan to transition out of school. Some CSBs provide funding for Day Support Services.

Visit www.easyaccess.virginia.gov and click on Community Supports to locate your local CSB agency or call 800-552-3402.
