Manassas, Va. (March 3, 2020) – Didlake Inc., a Virginia-based non-profit providing opportunities for people with disabilities, today announced the appointment of Joseph M. Diaz as Chief Operating Officer.
For over 25 years, Mr. Diaz has passionately worked to enrich the lives of people with disabilities. His career is replete in triggering growth and introducing innovations to operational processes. His dedication to creating varying and numerous opportunities in public, private, and government settings and his collaborative leadership style have been a hallmark of his success.
“We’re pleased to have Joe as a part of our executive leadership team,” said Donna Hollis, CEO. “His wealth of experience in both rehabilitative services and operations will be of great value to the organization and the people we serve.”
Joe started his career in supported employment and quickly worked his way up into executive leadership. He has held numerous positions of increased responsibilities, including senior executive leadership roles at a national non-profit agency.

Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Georgetown University, and a Master Certificate in Government Contracting from Villanova University. Joe has also attended the prestigious Harvard Executive Leadership Program for Advanced Negotiations training. He resides in Gainesville, Virginia, with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his family and going to the gym.
