Manassas, VA – Didlake’s Opal Business Service Center in Bealeton, Va., celebrated its 15-year anniversary on May 20. The celebration at the center included recognition of the center’s 13 employees who had been with the facility since it was acquired by Didlake in 1996. Each recognized employee received a gift bag with a gift certificate for an awards catalog.
“It was such a pleasure to honor all 11 individuals today for their 15 years as contributing members of the Didlake family,” said John Craig, Didlake’s vice president of rehabilitative services. “Each one of them, in their own way, has put forth great effort over the years to improve themselves as individuals while helping to make Didlake a better place for the rest of us to enjoy. It was a great and historical celebration of what Didlake is all about: People.”
The 15-year award recipients are: George Atkins, Sherry Bays, Phyllis Carter, Edward Conlon, Rolanda Cook, Alexanders Davis, Norman Jackson, Shannon Jackson, Gregory James, Robert Jenkins, Darra Kinsey, Alfreda Richards, and Carlos White.
Employees at the Opal Business Service Center provide a number of business services, including mailing services, product packaging, and chair caning.
