Didlake’s President and CEO Rex Parr has been selected by the Potomac News/Manassas Journal Messenger as one of the Top Ten local newsmakers of 2004.  Parr was cited for his leadership in guiding Didlake’s transformation from a small local charity to a leading rehabilitative services organization that provides employment and other opportunities for more than 1,400 people with disabilities each year.
