The Didlake Foundation has announced the premier of an exhibition of art from the Didlake Expressive Arts program at The Edible Vibe, in Rocky Mount, VA on Friday, December 1. The exhibition will debut at a special reception beginning at 5 p.m. on that date, and will remain at the gallery throughout the month of December. Many of the featured pieces will be available for sale, with proceeds (after the artists’ compensation) benefiting The Didlake Foundation for ongoing support of the Expressive Arts program. This will be the first time that art from the Expressive Arts program will be exhibited and sold in a public gallery setting, and the opening has attracted the attention of at least one prominent art critic.
Friends of Didlake are invited to make December holiday shopping trip to the charming town of Rocky Mt, and a visit to the Edible Vibe restaurant/gallery at 315 Franklin St., in Historic Downtown Rocky Mount. There is no gift more unique than the gift of original art.
