Manassas, VA– Didlake, Inc., a nonprofit that connects people with disabilities to employment and community engagement opportunities, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Paul Gravley as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 23, 2023.
Gravley will bring more than 25 years of experience leading multi-million-dollar organizations across multiple nonprofit sectors to Didlake. With a proven track record of crafting vision, strategic implementation, funding, and leading organizations, Gravley is poised to lead Didlake into a new era of success.
“The Board is pleased to announce that a nationwide search for a new CEO has led to the selection of Paul Gravley,” said Annejanette Pickens, Chairperson of Didlake’s Board of Directors. “Paul and current CEO Donna Hollis will work together through the end of the year. We deeply appreciate Donna’s leadership in creating opportunities for people with disabilities. We are confident that Paul will continue to empower Didlake to make an even greater impact in the region.”
One of the key lessons Gravley has learned in his prior experiences is that the success of an organization is directly related to the leader’s ability to empower the team to impact the greater good. “I firmly believe an organization’s success is not only measured by financial performance but also by the positive impact it has on the community it serves,” says Gravley. Gravley served in several roles that have allowed him to be well-versed in disability scholarship and policy. He has significant on-the-ground experience leading executive teams in the nonprofit sector.
Gravley’s enthusiasm and his ability to forge a culture of innovation will be instrumental in driving Didlake’s continued growth and market leadership. Under his guidance, the Board of Directors is confident that Didlake will continue to be a leader in discovering and cultivating new opportunities to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.
Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Gravley as our next CEO. We look forward to an era of continued growth, innovation, and success under his leadership.
