AbilityOne Program Jobs

The AbilityOne (formerly JWOD) Program provides employment opportunities to people who are blind or have other severe disabilities in accordance with the Javits-Wagner-O’Day Act. It is the largest source of employment for people who are blind or have other significant disabilities in the United States. This extraordinary program provides federal customers with a wide array of quality products and services, while providing employment for thousands of people with significant disabilities.

Didlake is one of the more than 600 nonprofit organizations in the country who participate in the AbilityOne Program, providing quality products and services to the Federal Government at a fair market price.

Supported Employment Programs

For individuals with disabilities seeking employment Didlake provides screening, job training and continuing support through our Supported Employment Programs. Our Supported Employment Specialists work with community partners in business, government and industry to connect individuals with jobs that match their abilities and preferences. Our Supported Employment Program offers Individual Supported Employment, Group Supported Employment and Business Service Center Employment depending on the needs of each individual.
