Benefits of Contracting with Didlake as an AbilityOne provider:
Didlake has a long history of providing facility management services to the Federal government through the AbilityOne program via Service Contracts that have evolved into Total Facilities Management (TFM). This evolution has led to a greater variety of jobs for people with disabilities and expanded the program’s reach to a larger population of people with disabilities, including Wounded Warriors.
Didlake provides a number of environmental services, ranging from custodial services to grounds maintenance and recycling. Our expertise in green cleaning and other environmentally sensitive practices allows us to meet the most stringent customer requirements for creating healthy, sustainable work environments.
Didlake’s logistical support services include document management, distribution, fleet management, mail services, teleservices, and transportation support. We effectively manage information and goods to their destination, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for every customer.
Cleantelligent is just one more way Didlake provides value and accountability to its clients. Part of Didlake’s Quality Plan, Cleantelligent is a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that allows for effective inspections, reporting, job scheduling, time tracking, and performance tracking at sites receiving custodial services. Cleantelligent puts the power of technology in the hands of Didlake staff. Supervisors and quality control staff can inspect service areas using an app on their iPhones. Every inspection point is collected as data and analyzed for trends in custodial service. All of Didlake’s custodial contract sites are now using Cleantelligent. “CleanTelligent has increased our ability to respond to corrective action, adjusting to trends, and identifying training needs,” says Brandy Emmons-Powell, Didlake’s Director of Quality Development. “The data we collect enables us to run reports specific to our needs from one database, rather than relying on a multitude of tracking systems.”
We are excited to partner with agencies that further our mission “to create opportunities for people with disabilities”. Didlake is a prime contractor and subcontractor on a number of contracts which necessitates subcontracting plans and agreements. We are always prepared to respond to new opportunities. We have a long history of working with key “go-to” contractors and vendors to facilitate this growth. Currently, we have subcontracting agreements with various companies for services that follow the Prime Contract process for Sources Sought and Acquisition.
Didlake provides a wide variety of services as a top AbilityOne producer, making employment opportunities available to even more people with disabilities. Our dedication to quality, environmental sustainability, and expanse of capabilities make us the natural choice for your facility management needs.
