Through the AbilityOne Program, we are able to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities while providing high quality solutions for the federal customer at a fair market price approved by the AbilityOne Commission.
Didlake provides a wide variety of services as a top AbilityOne producer, making employment opportunities available to even more people with disabilities. Our dedication to quality and environmental sustainability combined with our expansive capabilities make us the natural choice for your facility management, administrative support, and logistics needs.
Didlake’s Quality Plan includes the use of CleanTelligent at all custodial contract sites.
CleanTelligent is a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that allows for effective inspections, reporting, job scheduling, time tracking, and performance tracking at sites receiving custodial services. CleanTelligent is just one more way Didlake provides value and accountability to our clients.
CleanTelligent puts the power of technology in the hands of Didlake staff.
Quality Control staff and supervisors can inspect service areas using an app on their iPhones. Every inspection point is collected as data and analyzed for trends in custodial service. “CleanTelligent has increased our ability to respond to corrective action, adjusting to trends, and identifying training needs,” says Brandy Emmons-Powell, Didlake’s Director of Quality Development. “The data we collect enables us to run reports specific to our needs from one database, rather than relying on a multitude of tracking systems.”
Didlake is a prime contractor and subcontractor on a number of contracts that necessitate subcontracting plans and agreements.
We are excited to partner with agencies that further our mission “to create opportunities for people with disabilities”. We are always prepared to respond to new opportunities. Currently, we have subcontracting agreements with various companies for services that follow the prime contract process for sources sought and acquisition. We have a long history of working with key “go-to” contractors and vendors to facilitate this growth.
