About Didlake

Didlake strives to positively impact the lives of people with disabilities. That’s our mission: “Creating opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities” and it permeates everything we do.

Didlake is a provider of contract services and rehabilitative services. By succeeding at both, we offer new, life-enriching opportunities for people with disabilities.

Didlake reaches out to people with disabilities in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We serve individuals with developmental disabilities as well as a wide variety of other disabilities such as: autism, visual impairments, hearing impairments, mental illness, physical disabilities, substance abuse/addiction and traumatic brain injury.

We have found that people—regardless of their abilities—tend to perform to the level of expectation that is set for them. At Didlake, we begin with high expectations for every person we serve—and when those expectations are met, we set the bar higher. It is an approach that works just as well for our company and staff as it does for the individuals with disabilities who we serve.
